That should be an easy target...<br /><br />The adversarial union business model is SEIU and Andy Sterns style. The "us" versus "them" approach to union and management relations will not work in the modern global, Internet and Information society we live in. <br /><br />Labor unions were once a social movement, but those days have long past. Unions today are NOT about the workers. Unions today are all about dues income, money, power and political influences. <br /><br />Organized labor has failed to change and become value added partners with corporate America.
