That should be an easy target...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The adversarial union business model is SEIU and Andy Sterns style. The &amp;quot;us&amp;quot; versus &amp;quot;them&amp;quot; approach to union and management relations will not work in the modern global, Internet and Information society we live in. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Labor unions were once a social movement, but those days have long past. Unions today are NOT about the workers. Unions today are all about dues income, money, power and political influences. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Organized labor has failed to change and become value added partners with corporate America.
